El Pueblo

Introducing the El Pueblo, a unique and one-of-a-kind instrument that captures the essence of the American Southwest. This guitar is crafted using locally sourced materials from the Sonoran Desert, including mesquite, ironwood, and copper, giving it a distinct and authentic look and feel.

The body of this guitar is made from mesquite, a hard and dense wood that is known for its rich and warm tone. Due to the significant weight of Mesquite, the one-piece body of the instrument is chambered on both the bass and treble side to greatly increase the comfort and playability. A center strip is left in tact to ensure superior tonal transfer from the strings directly into the wood.

To complete the Southwestern look, this guitar features copper accents throughout, including the bridge, control plate, and pickup covers. Natural imperfections in the wood are inlaid with copper as well. The pickups themselves are custom-wound to our exacting specs by a local manufacturer to complement the unique tonal qualities of the mesquite, delivering a rich and resonant sound.

In addition to its unique materials, this T-style guitar also boasts traditional features such as a single-cutaway design, a 3-way pickup selector switch, and volume and tone controls. The hardware is also top-notch, with high-quality tuners and a vintage-style bridge that provides excellent intonation and sustain. The control knobs are custom made of Mesquite and Ironwood with Copper markers. The El Pueblo boasts a Tru-Oil finish to accentuate the natural beauty of the woods as well as provide a smooth and durable playing surface.
